I will take you through guided customized 60-minute training sessions geared towards your fitness level and goals.

With dedication, hard work and consistency, incredible results are achievable in your own home, with the use of minimal equipment and without the need to travel to a gym.

  • One on One Personal Training is a private session specifically for your fitness goals. We work at your pace and fitness level to help you achieve maximum results.

  • We meet bi weekly or weekly via zoom or in-person. I will take you through a workout customized specifically for your needs and goals.

  • They are an hour long.

  • A yoga mat and a pair of dumbbells will do. Don’t have those? We can work with whatever! Soup cans, bottle cans, or using just your body weight.
