Hi, I’m Farida. Your Personal Trainer and new BFF.

I’ve been a Certified Personal Trainer for over seven years now.

I HELP WOMEN ACHIEVE THEIR FITNESS GOALS THROUGH THE COMFORT OF THEIR OWN HOMES.

I specialize in helping women lose weight, gain muscle, learn to exercise, and live their healthiest life however that looks to them. I want to make fitness a safe and fun experience for women.

I fell in love with strength training when I was 19. I was extremely underweight and wanted to become healthier and stronger. I started learning about exercising and proper form to get the best workouts for myself. In 2016, I became a certified Personal Trainer.

In 2020, I was forced to train my clients online. I learned you can get the same effective workout virtually from the comfort of your home! My clients were seeing amazing results. They saved time on commuting and expensive gym memberships. I saw less cancellations and more commitment from them too.

I knew I wanted to add more, that’s why I added an on-demand library. Strength training workouts you can do anywhere, anytime!

Personal Things about me:

  1. I’m a mom to my sweet almost 2 years old boy Zane.

  2. My husband Andre is also a Personal Trainer. I’ve learned everything about training from him.

  3. I’m a proud Afghan. I love my culture and will never deny a plate of Mantu.

  4. I love nail art. It’s a hobby I picked up during covid times. You’ll never not see me without my nails done.

  5. I love live shows, travelling, and spending time with our families.
