Hello! I’m Farida! A certified pre and post natal coach. I know the importance of staying active during pregnancy. I did it with my first pregnancy and now I’m having you follow along with my second. Did you know exercising is the best thing a Mom can do for her pregnancy?

I’ve trained pregnant women and myself through every trimester. What I found was my clients and myself had more energy and felt stronger.
